Summary
BSO Ellen (also known as Thialf Sterrenkring) is a small-scale after-school care (BSO) in Arnhem for up to 22 children aged 4 to 13. The inspection took place on 14 October 2025 and concluded that the location meets all statutory quality requirements. The BSO works with a clear pedagogical policy, sufficiently qualified staff, a safe and welcoming indoor and outdoor environment, and an active parent committee. Children make frequent use of the nearby Thialf playground. There were no violations or areas for improvement. The advice to the municipality is to take no enforcement action.
