The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Midden conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 16 June 2026 at BSO Eigenwijs in Leiden, an after-school care (BSO) facility operated by Stichting Boter Kaas en Overblijf with a maximum capacity of 24 children (ages 7–12). The inspection assessed three areas: pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and safety and health. All three domains meet statutory requirements.
