About this care
Welcome to BSO De Wolkenwereld ’t Verzetje, part of BSO De Wolkenwereld. Our after-school care is located in the clubhouse of the local cycling club ‘t Verzetje at Sportlaan 1b in the heart of Bemmel. The site borders the De Ward nature and discovery park, a beautiful green area with walking paths and a large play meadow where children can freely explore and play.
Our dedicated group room is decorated in a sporty, cozy and homely style. Children can quietly read a book, play board games or get creative at the art table. The adjacent sports hall offers endless possibilities for sports activities such as football, gymnastics and other forms of exercise.
We collect children from all primary schools in Bemmel and Haalderen with our own Zonnekinderen minibuses. We are also easily reachable on foot from the schools. We are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. During school holidays we are open on these days from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
In addition to sports and games in the sports hall and nature area, we offer activities in the fields of culture, multimedia, technology and global awareness. There is always something fun for every child to do!Read more

Summary
BSO Club Basker – Wolkenwereld 't Verzetje was inspected unannounced on 24 October 2025. The location provides after-school care (BSO) for a maximum of 27 children aged 4 to 13 years in one base group. All assessed quality requirements were rated as satisfactory, with the exception of the available indoor play space in square metres. Due to the presence of exercise bikes in group room 2, insufficient usable floor area was available. The organisation was given a recovery offer: items were removed from the room, two changing rooms were temporarily converted into additional play space, and a container was placed outside for storage. These measures ensured that the standard (3.5 m² per child) is now met; the violation has therefore been remedied. Furthermore, all staff members are qualified, present according to the prescribed ratio, hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), and work safely and in a pedagogically responsible manner. Parents are well informed via the website, parent portal and newsletters; complaints can be handled both internally and through the Disputes Committee. No parent committee is currently active, but parents are regularly asked for input. The municipality was advised not to take enforcement action.
