BSO De Kleine Zeester Silvolde has been located in primary school De Bontebrug since August 2023. We offer a cozy, small-scale after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our location is homely and personal, with dedicated pedagogical staff who make every day both fun and educational.
Children can relax after school or take part in enjoyable activities and themed projects. We spend a lot of time outdoors on the school playground and sports field, and regularly go on discovery trips. Our opening hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. During holidays we offer care from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on study days from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM (minimum 3 children required).

BSO De Kleine Zeester Silvolde is an after-school care (BSO) for 20 children (ages 4-12), located in primary school De Bontebrug in Silvolde. Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 23 June 2026 on behalf of the municipality of Oude IJsselstreek. The inspection assessed the pedagogical climate and staff and groups. The location meets all assessed quality requirements. The pedagogical practice was evaluated positively: there is a positive atmosphere, staff are sensitive and responsive, and children are supported in their social development. Staff hold the correct qualifications, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) declarations and language proficiency. The child-to-staff ratio complies with regulations (7 children, 2 staff members). During the previous annual inspection in June 2025, there was a violation regarding the pedagogical policy plan, for which a recovery offer was made and fulfilled in a timely manner. The advice to the Municipal Executive is: no enforcement action.
