About this care
BSO De Bizons Eerbeek is an after-school care facility run by koo-De Wigwam, located at H.A. Lorentzstraat 1 in Eerbeek. We provide care for up to 36 children aged 4 to 13. Relaxation and fun are our top priorities. After a full day at school, children arrive at our centre ready to unwind. We recreate a home-like atmosphere as much as possible: we share tea, fruit and a small biscuit while the children can tell us about their day. Our ‘joke stool’ is always ready for anyone who wants to share a joke. Afterwards, there is plenty of time to play freely. We regularly organise excursions and work with fixed groups and familiar pedagogical staff so every child feels safe and at ease.
Our location has been registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) under number 254202391 since 12 July 2018 and is supervised by the GGD Noord- en Oost-Gelderland. Parents who wish to apply for childcare allowance will need this LRK number.
Enrolment is simple via our website or the application form on kdvnet.nl. We ask for your child’s school and grade so we can align care times with school hours. Violations
- The operator failed to promptly notify the municipality of the change in legal structure from general partnership (V.O.F.) to private limited company (B.V.), resulting in no valid registration in the National Childcare Register from 31 March 2026 to 25 April 2026 (resolved as of 25 April 2026).
- Due to the unreported change, directors and staff were not linked to the operator in the Childcare Personnel Register, meaning no continuous screening took place from 31 March 2026 to 30 April 2026 (resolved as of 30 April 2026).
- Due to the deregistration of the V.O.F., membership of the Childcare Disputes Committee had lapsed, meaning the operator did not meet the mandatory dispute resolution requirement (resolved as of 24 April 2026).
Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted a follow-up investigation on 18 May 2026 at after-school care (BSO) De Bizons Eerbeek, an after-school care facility for up to 36 children (ages 4-12) operated by KOO De Wigwam B.V. This investigation followed an incidental inspection on 24 April 2026 during which shortcomings were identified. The location received a formal notice from the municipality of Brummen on 29 April 2026 requiring these to be remedied. All three violations have since been resolved: the change in legal structure from V.O.F. to B.V. has been reported and registered retroactively, directors and staff have been re-linked in the Childcare Personnel Register allowing continuous screening to resume, and membership of the Childcare Disputes Committee has been reinstated. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
