Summary
On 23 July 2026, GGD Kennemerland conducted an unannounced annual inspection at BSO BRS Kinderopvang, location OG in Haarlem. The after-school care (BSO) provides care for 33 children aged 4 to 13. The location generally meets the quality requirements. The pedagogical climate, personnel policy, accommodation and parent committee were assessed positively. There is a stable team and the parent committee is satisfied. However, points of attention were discussed regarding the safe use of play equipment on the premises of a sports facility. The provider must inquire about certificates and inspection reports for this external play equipment. Until this is clarified, the play equipment will not be used. Concrete behavioural agreements for safe use are not yet included in the policy and will be added once certification is clear. There is no recovery offer or violation; the points of attention were discussed verbally. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
