Summary

The annual unannounced inspection on 27 November 2025 of the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by Judith Breen in Wekerom shows that the childcare meets the requirements of the Childcare Act. The host parent provides care in the requesting parent's home on Thursdays, affiliated with Childminder Agency 'Het Mosterdzaadje'. Four children are being cared for (ages 6, 4, 3 and 1), in addition to her own daughter aged 0. The pedagogical practice is good: the host parent pays close attention to the children, provides activities and ensures sufficient moments of interaction. No violations were identified. However, five action points were included in an action plan following the risk assessment, including covering the sandbox, moving a cot, and installing an additional smoke detector. These will be checked during the next visit. Notably, the host parent cares for her own daughter in addition to the requesting parent's children, whereas the registration advice from 2024 stipulated that only the requesting parent's own children could be cared for due to a nearby poultry farm.
