About this care
Welcome to Boerderij BSO Kievit, our unique after-school care located at Langendijk 31 in Tilburg Reeshof. Housed in a beautifully converted farm in the middle of the L-, M- and N-neighborhoods, directly situated along the bicycle path, our location accommodates up to 71 children aged 4 to 13 years.
Nature experience is central to our approach. From our downstairs group, children can literally look into the chicken coop through a glass wall and watch our guinea pigs sleeping in their house. Our permanent residents, the animals on our farm, are delighted every day when children come to play with them in the meadow. In addition to our chickens and guinea pigs, we also have terrarium animals that make our location special: a bearded dragon, turtles, geckos, and even a real snake.
Around the farm, there's plenty to discover. We have a climbing and clambering course, a real tree house in our building, and a challenging pond where children try to reach the other side without getting their feet wet. In all weather conditions, we enjoy being outdoors, as nowhere can children express their imagination better than in nature. We work with a clear vision where each child has space to develop in their own way.
Our BSO is specifically designed for children aged 4 to 13 who need after-school care. We pick up children from various primary schools in the area and provide them with a safe, challenging place where they can relax and discover new things. Our pedagogical staff guide the children with great care and attention, allowing space for both rest and activity.
Feel free to drop by to see our beautiful farm location and meet our animals and our way of working. We'd love to show you why Boerderij BSO Kievit is such a special place for children in the Reeshof.Read more
