Summary

BSO Boei 23 in Ens, part of Stichting Kinderopvang Noordoostpolder, was inspected unannounced on 17 March 2026 by GGD Flevoland. The location provides after-school care for up to 22 children aged 4-13 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, based at primary school Het Lichtschip. The pedagogical climate and staffing levels are satisfactory, with engaged staff working in accordance with policy. Two violations were identified: a staff member was not linked to the operator in the PRK before starting work, and there was insufficient permanently accessible indoor play space for 22 children. Both shortcomings were resolved following a recovery offer on 23 March 2026. The operator also received a sustainable recovery offer with a plan to prevent similar violations in the future.
