About this care
BLOS Stationsweg is our daycare center located in the heart of Hillegom at Stationsweg 25. We provide care for up to 105 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our daycare has been registered in the National Childcare Register since January 1, 2010, under number 148134191 and is supervised by the GGD Hollands-Midden.
Our location is easily accessible by both car and bicycle, with ample parking available right in front. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
We offer preschool education (VE) and work closely with parents on their child's development. For toddlers aged 2-4, we regularly organize music lessons in collaboration with the Hillegom Music School. This 'Music for Toddlers at BLOS' course is a 6-week program held on Tuesday afternoons.

Summary
GGD Hollands Midden conducted an unannounced annual inspection visit on 1 August 2025 to daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) BLOS Stationsweg in Hillegom. The location accommodates 105 children in six core groups (ages 0–4), including a group for subsidised early childhood education. All assessed quality requirements across the domains of pedagogical climate, staff & groups, and safety & health are fully complied with. The pedagogical policy is up-to-date and consistently implemented; staff work according to the four pedagogical basic goals and guide children with sensitivity and structure. Early childhood education runs according to plan: the Uk & Puk programme is offered 25 hours per week, all early childhood education staff are qualified, the training plan is up-to-date, and the mandatory 72 hours of pedagogical policy staff time are deployed through coaching and policy development. Staffing meets statutory ratios, all staff hold the correct diplomas, first aid certificates and a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG). The domestic violence reporting protocol is known and discussable. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
