Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected the after-school care (BSO) Club BLOS Sport – Madurolaan in 's-Gravenhage on 26 May 2025 (40 places, ages 4-12). The pedagogical climate scores positively: every child has a fixed mentor, the mentor plan is being implemented, and parents are well informed through the website and parent portal. All staff are correctly registered in the Childcare Personnel Register and there is always someone with a valid paediatric first aid certificate present. One violation was identified: the staff member had insufficient knowledge of the duty to consult and report when child abuse is suspected. Following a recovery offer (team instruction, poster, app), knowledge was refreshed and the violation was lifted on 10 June 2025. The GGD nevertheless advises the municipality to enforce in accordance with policy.
