About this care
The daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) of Basker (formerly Zonnekinderen) within IKC De Brug in Westervoort is the place where your child wants to grow up. Our calm, well-organised group room invites children to explore and play. There is a construction corner, reading corner, craft table and home corner. Outside, your child can play safely on the square with swings, a sandpit and water pump, and discover the world together with peers. We regularly make trips to the market, bakery or the Kabouterbos and challenge your child with movement games in our gym hall. A smooth transition to group 1 is important to us, which is why we work closely with the kindergarten teacher. This way, the move to primary school will feel safe and familiar later on.Read more
