Toddler daycare 2Lakeien in 's-Gravenhage (16 places, ages 2.5–4 years) was inspected unannounced on 22 September 2025. The annual inspection shows that the location meets statutory quality requirements on all points examined. No violations were found. The preschool education (voorschoolse educatie/VE) with the Uk & Puk programme is well embedded: policy plans are up to date, all staff are VE-qualified (level 3F language), the PBM-VE is sufficiently deployed and parents are actively involved. The premises are safe and more than adequate (57.5 m² indoor, 716.5 m² outdoor), staff-to-child ratios are in order, all staff are registered with a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and there is always someone with paediatric first aid present. The location works closely with Liduina primary school to ensure a warm handover. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
