Welcome to Altijd Lente Childcare located at Wilhelminastraat 2 in the heart of Breda. We are a warm, home-style daycare centre for children aged 0 to 4, where every child feels safe, secure and free to grow. Our site has a partly covered outdoor play area with sandpit and play equipment, so children can enjoy fresh air every day. Everything we do centres on personal attention and small-scale care. We purposely use vertical groups: a close-knit family of children aged 0–4 who grow up together. Your child joins as the youngest and leaves four years later as the oldest. Three to four consistent pedagogical staff stay with the same group for the entire period, creating deep bonds between child, carer and parents. Siblings can also be placed together. No two days are the same. Our rich programme includes creative sessions in our own Children’s Atelier, music-making with Stichting MEMO, toddler yoga and movement sessions, and regular excursions to the park, woods or petting farm. Story time, cooking and outdoor play are part of everyday life. These activities foster cognitive, motor and social-emotional development. We provide a reassuring daily rhythm. Children may be dropped off and collected between 07:30 and 18:30. Healthy morning and afternoon snacks and a full lunch are served. Babies receive bottle feeds on demand and sleep according to their own schedule; older children rest together around 13:00. We keep parents closely informed of every milestone.
