Subsidy & costs
Because Alles Kids Zoetermeer and all our childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register, parents are entitled to childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) from the government. The maximum hourly rate on which childcare benefit is calculated has been set at €8.49 for 2026. We are happy to help parents apply for childcare benefit and answer all their questions about this. Alles Kids Zoetermeer does not charge registration fees for parents. Rates vary per childminder and in 2026 range between €7.25 and €8.25 per child, per hour. In addition, there are agency fees of €0.89 per child per hour, with a minimum of €25.00 and maximum of €75.00 per month for the first and second child. From the third child onwards, we do not charge agency fees. Childminder (gastouder) care is more affordable than childcare at a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) – you can save 8 to 10 euros per day.
