ViaViela helps parents find a suitable childminder (gastouder) in their neighbourhood. With more than 40 locations throughout the Netherlands and a network of professional childminders, we offer personal mediation and guidance. Parents receive a dedicated contact person who helps them through the entire process: from finding a childminder who matches their needs, to guidance with care arrangements and support with applying for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag). We ensure careful screening of all childminders and provide ongoing pedagogical support.

ViaViela Regio Spijkenisse serves the Voorne Putten island, consisting of the municipalities of Nissewaard and Voorne aan Zee. The service area includes towns such as Spijkenisse, Hellevoetsluis, Brielle, Rockanje, and surrounding villages. With more than 40 locations nationwide, ViaViela has national coverage, with each region served by a dedicated contact person.

ViaViela meets all legal quality requirements and is listed in the National Childcare Register (LRK) with registration number 510383154 for the Spijkenisse region. All childminders (gastouders) hold the required diplomas and are visited regularly for quality control. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspects childminder agencies annually and childminders every two years. ViaViela holds a Dispute-Free certificate and operates an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act. Reports and certificates are publicly available.
