Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration inspection for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Yakhlifi in Utrecht. Childminder Radia El Yakhlifi provides care for a maximum of six children aged 0 to 4 years in her single-family home. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) concludes that the care will reasonably meet all statutory requirements. No violations were identified. The childminder has an appropriate pedagogical work plan, sufficient spaces, a smoke-free environment and an enclosed back garden. However, it was noted that during the interview the childminder could not fully name all steps of the domestic violence and child abuse reporting protocol; this was discussed and will be reassessed at the next inspection. The recommendation to the municipality is positive: inclusion in the National Childcare Register.
