Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected Voorschool Op De Kade on 10 July 2026, a new daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) location in Amsterdam opening on 17 August 2026. It concerns a preschool for a maximum of 16 children aged 2 to 4 years, part of Stichting Dynamo Voorscholen. The inspection consisted of document review, a site visit and an interview with the team manager. Initially, the pedagogical location plan and the safety and health policy did not fully comply. The licence holder was given the opportunity to amend these, which was done on 15 July and 16 July 2026 respectively. After these amendments, the location meets all quality requirements. The GGD advises the municipality to permit operation.
