Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Skovajsová in Voorburg, conducted by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Haaglanden on behalf of the municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg. The childminder provides care at the home address of the requesting parents for a maximum of 6 childcare places, registered through childminder agency Opvoedplus. The inspection took place on 26 August 2026. The childminder holds the vocational (MBO) diploma Social Pedagogical Work level 3, a valid first aid certificate, and is registered in the Childcare Personnel Register. During the visit, a warm and positive pedagogical climate was observed; the child was clearly at ease with the childminder. All assessed legal requirements regarding registration, pedagogical climate, expertise, premises, safety and health are fully complied with. No areas for improvement or violations were identified.
