The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Rotterdam-Rijnmond conducted a registration investigation on 19 January 2026 at childminder (gastouder) T.S. Mans at the address Pijpbloem 23 in Rotterdam. The childcare was registered by childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Korelon B.V. and comprises six childcare places at the residential address of the requesting parent. The childminder cares for three children of the requesting parent, aged 0 to 13 years. All assessed quality requirements were found to be in order. There was one safety measure from the action plan that had not yet been implemented: a hook on the kitchen drawer for cleaning products. Because this proved technically unfeasible, the requesting parent and childminder immediately found an alternative solution by placing the cleaning products in a high cabinet. The inspector did not consider this an obstacle to starting the childcare. The pedagogical practice could not be observed because the childcare had not yet commenced, but the interview demonstrated sufficient knowledge of the pedagogical policy (pedagogisch beleid).
