At AVEM Kinderopvang, we offer a safe and nurturing environment for children from 0 to 4 years old in our daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) and from 4 to 13 years old in our after-school care (BSO). We believe in the power of learning through play and encourage children to take initiative and discover the world around them. Our focus is on providing personal attention, so that every child can discover and develop their talents. Our childcare is designed to give children the space to play freely and creatively. We organise structured learning activities, but also plenty of outdoor activities, so that children connect with nature and develop their social skills. Music and movement are also important parts of our programme, in which we encourage children to express themselves in different ways. At AVEM Kinderopvang, we provide healthy nutrition, so that children have the energy to play and learn. We offer a warm and inviting atmosphere in which children feel safe. We are proud to use a horizontal group structure, which means that children of the same age are placed together. This promotes social interaction and helps children form friendships.
