Summary

Sport BSO Wolfaartsdijk is a new after-school care (BSO) facility of Kinderopvang Gloed, located in the canteen of football club Wolphaartsdijk. The care accommodates a maximum of 22 children aged 4 to 13. During the registration inspection on 22 June 2026, all assessed quality requirements were fully met. The location has adequate policy plans, registered staff with correct qualifications, and sufficient indoor space (83.8 m²) and outdoor space. No children were present during the inspection as the care had not yet started. However, several safety issues were noted that needed to be addressed before opening: not all low sockets were childproofed, one cover was broken, and a power strip was within reach of children. The holder resolved these issues on 3 August 2026 and demonstrated this with photos. Two smoke detectors have also been scheduled for installation before opening. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Goes to include the location in the National Childcare Register.
