Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for the registration of Sport-BSO Flekss - Rucphen, a new after-school care (BSO) location of existing provider Sport-BSO Flekss B.V. The location at Raadhuisstraat 30A in Rucphen accommodates a maximum of 73 children aged 4 to 13 years. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) concludes that the operation can reasonably take place in accordance with the quality requirements. During the site visit on 30 June 2026, accommodation shortcomings were identified: overdue maintenance, damaged ceiling panels, unfinished doors, non-closing baseboards, dirt and outdated window sills. The supervisory authority issued a recovery offer with a deadline of 10 August 2026. Upon re-inspection on 11 August 2026, all shortcomings had been resolved. All other areas (pedagogical climate, staff, safety and health, parental rights) immediately met the legal requirements.
