This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for SKC De Oase, an after-school care (BSO) facility in Hardenberg that is part of Stichting Welluswijs. The location, housed in primary school SBO De Oase, was not yet operational at the time of inspection and is expected to offer 12 childcare places from 17 August 2026. All assessed quality domains meet the statutory requirements: general conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation and parental rights. The holder has prepared all required policy documents, including a pedagogical work plan, safety and health policy, and a domestic violence reporting protocol. Practical assessments such as pedagogical practice, staff qualifications and first aid presence will be examined in more detail after registration. The accommodation more than meets the space requirements with 106.95 m² of indoor space. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
