Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration inspection for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by Marieke Schuurm an of Barneveld in Den Dolder, arranged through Gastouderbureau De Oppas. The care takes place at the parents' home for 2 children aged 2 and 4 years, for 2 full days and 1 half day per week. The childminder was previously registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang). All assessed domains meet the legal requirements: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)/expertise/education/language requirement, premises, and safety and health. The childminder holds a valid first aid certificate, is registered in the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang), and has drawn up a pedagogical work plan.
