Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for the registration of a new childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang/VGO) facility operated by Ms Schulp at Prins Willem Alexanderstraat 13 in Waardenburg. The childminder will provide care for a maximum of six children at the residential address of the host parent, through childminder agency De Herberg. The inspection took place on 25 April 2024. The location and childminder meet all statutory requirements for inclusion in the National Childcare Register. No violations were identified. Advice was given regarding the placement of a smoke detector.
