Summary

Kindercentrum De Parel in Rotterdam, part of Stichting voor Protestants-Christelijk Basis en Orthopedagogisch Onderwijs, was subject to an unannounced follow-up investigation by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on 28 May 2026. This investigation followed an annual inspection on 20 November 2025 during which violations were identified on two points: the Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and the Childcare Personnel Register, and the duty to report, consult, and file official notifications. The follow-up investigation found that the provider now meets both quality requirements. All staff members are now registered in the personnel register and hold a valid VOG. Staff members are also well familiar with their duty to report, consult, and file official notifications. No new violations or areas for improvement were identified.
