Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Kennemerland conducted an announced pre-registration inspection on 9 June 2026 at POV Eigenwijze, a toddler care location of Stichting Welschap Kinderopvang in Heemskerk. The location will provide care for 16 children aged 2 to 4 years from 17 August 2026 at Kindcentrum Eigenwijze, where education and childcare collaborate. The pedagogical policy plan is not fully satisfactory: the description of child development and the continuous developmental pathway with primary education are insufficiently concrete, as is the description of activities in which children leave the core group. The holder has committed to making the necessary adjustments. Furthermore, the indoor space and outdoor space have not yet been appropriately set up, although a plan is in place. All other areas, including early childhood education, staff qualifications, safety policy and parent committee, meet the requirements. No violations were identified and no recovery offer was made.
