About this care
KDV Oebele is a day-care centre run by Kinderopvang KOOS, temporarily located in the building of primary school Sint Jozef at Oerdijk 149 in Okkenbroek, due to renovations in Nieuw Heeten. We provide care for children aged 2 to 4 years. Our qualified staff follow a structured, development-oriented daily programme built around monthly themes. We use the recognised VVE programme Uk & Puk.
KDV Oebele offers flexible care options: toddler care/VE from 08:30 to 12:30, but also extended care until 18:00 and early care from 07:00 possible. We are closed on Wednesdays (all day) and Friday afternoons. During school weeks we are in Okkenbroek, but in all holiday weeks the children go to KDV Woelwater in Heeten (Weseperweg 10), where care is provided from Monday to Friday.
Indoors children can play, read, craft and chat in a homely environment. Outdoors we use the beautiful, large playground of Sint Jozef school to run, explore and play in nature. Our permanent pedagogical staff offer personal attention in a small group.
