The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report of 10 November 2025 concerns Peuterwerk Oebele, a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) with 14 places in Okkenbroek, part of Stichting KOOS. The location provides early childhood education (VE) and is housed in Sint Jozef primary school. Overall, the location complies well with legislation and regulations. The pedagogical climate, staff and groups, accommodation and parental rights all meet requirements. Two violations were identified for which a recovery offer was made: holiday care at another location was not contractually recorded, and the safety and health policy was not up to date. Both violations have since been resolved. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
