On 7 July 2026, GGD Haaglanden conducted a registration inspection at Peuteropvang Kwestkoters, Koningin Juliana in De Lier. This new childcare location of Stichting Kwest accommodates 16 toddlers (ages 2-4) and is housed in a classroom of primary school Koningin Juliana. The location meets all inspected quality requirements under the Childcare Act. An application for early childhood education (VE) registration was originally submitted, but the licence holder has since withdrawn this request. GGD advises the municipality of Westland to include the location in the national childcare register without VE registration.
