Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for Toddler Group De Bonte Boomhut, a new daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) in Wijchen for a maximum of 8 children aged 2 to 4 years. The location is part of a Learning and Development Center with a unique concept in which education and childcare are integrated. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) concludes that the daycare center will reasonably meet the requirements of the Childcare Act after opening. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. There was initially some uncertainty whether sleeping facilities would be realized in time for full-day care, but the owner confirmed in their response that outdoor cribs have been ordered and stretchers are available, making full-day care possible from 24 August.
