One violation was identified: a workshop provider who regularly visits the premises was not correctly registered in the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang). Following a recovery offer (herstelaanbod), the provider has since been linked and a new internal control procedure has been introduced. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality not to impose any measures as the violation has been recovered and measures have been taken to prevent recurrence.
