Summary

On 28 July 2026, GGD Hollands Midden conducted a registration inspection at Partou BSO Van Vollenhovekade 15 in Leiden, a new after-school care (BSO) for 44 children (ages 4-13) located at The International School Leiden. The location is not yet operational and is expected to open on 14 September 2026. All assessed quality requirements were rated as sufficient: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights. The care operates with two base groups of maximum 22 children each, with every child assigned a mentor. The language of instruction is Dutch, with attention to the international background of many children. The indoor space (252.8 m²) and outdoor space meet the requirements. The holder has all required policy plans, a domestic violence and child abuse reporting protocol, and a complaints procedure. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
