About this care
Welcome to Partou BSO Meer en Vaart 286, our welcoming after-school care facility in the Osdorp district. We are located in a large, bright building that we have carefully designed to make children feel at home quickly. With a maximum capacity of 28 children, we can give personal attention to each child and there is always room for individual care.
Our location works closely with nearby primary schools, allowing us to safely pick up children after school and immediately provide them with a familiar place to relax. We offer both before-school care (vso) and after-school care (bso), giving parents flexibility in using our services. Our pedagogical staff are ready every morning and afternoon to guide the children in their development and provide them with a pleasant time.
With us, the child's development is central. We take the time to get to know the children, discover their talents and stimulate them in their growth. We believe in a warm and safe environment where children can develop freely. Our spaces are designed to provide plenty of opportunities to play, discover and learn. We find it important that children feel at home here and come to the after-school care with pleasure.
We are open to feedback from parents and find good communication very important. Our location manager Fatima Eddaoudi is always ready to answer questions and think along about the care for your child. You can contact us via meerenvaart@partou.nl or call 020 - 6198002 for more information or to schedule a tour.Read more

Summary
Partou BSO Meer en Vaart 286, an after-school care (BSO) in Amsterdam for children aged 4 to 13, was inspected unannounced by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on 26 January 2026. During the annual investigation, one violation was identified in the area of pedagogical practice: a staff member provided insufficient emotional safety by addressing children in a harsh, direct tone without explanation, and giving limited personal attention. Following a recovery offer (herstelaanbod), the operator took measures including coaching and an action plan. A second visit on 3 March 2026 showed the situation had been remedied. All other areas (staff, safety, parental rights) were compliant. The GGD advises against enforcement measures.
