Summary
Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Noorden carried out an unannounced follow-up investigation at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Klein Alkmaar Damakker in Alkmaar on 19 June 2026. This investigation focused on a previously identified violation regarding the item 'Qualification Requirements'. During the previous follow-up investigation in March 2026, it emerged that a staff member in the vertical group could not demonstrate that they had completed training for working with children under 1 year of age. In the current investigation, during which staff rosters and diplomas from 18 May to 12 June 2026 were checked, it was found that all staff members now hold an appropriate qualification. The provider has resolved the violation.
