About this care
Kindcentrum De Linge Biezelinge is a cosy and welcoming daycare centre located at Noordstraat 5 in Kapelle-Biezelinge. Together with the Christian primary school De Linge we form one integrated child centre where children aged 0 to 4 can explore the world around them. Our team of specially trained baby specialists and childcare professionals creates a safe and trusting environment every day, placing play, learning and development at the heart of everything we do.
Babies, toddlers and preschoolers feel at home in our homely atmosphere. The groups are small and easy to oversee, ensuring every child receives the individual attention they deserve. We work with horizontal age groups, so children play with peers and activities are tailored to their developmental stage. In our garden children can play outside to their heart’s content with friends, while inside cosy play corners and craft activities stimulate fine motor skills. No two days are the same: one moment the room is filled with colouring and cutting, the next with singing, movement or simply romping around.
Our Christian identity is tangible in everything we do. We tell stories, sing songs and pray together around Bible stories, with values such as respect, care and connection at the centre. Parents experience us as a warm partner in parenting: we communicate openly and on equal footing, so every child feels seen and valued. Violations
- A teacher who structurally assisted with toddler-preschool activities did not hold a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and was not registered in and linked to the holder in the Childcare Personnel Register (PRK)
- The violation constitutes recidivism, as similar shortcomings were also identified during previous inspections (2023 and 2025)
Summary
The annual inspection by GGD Zeeland on 10 February 2026 shows that Kindcentrum De Linge Biezelinge (daycare center/kinderdagverblijf/KDV) of Kibeo provides predominantly good quality for 24 childcare places for children aged 0-4 years. The pedagogical practice, safety, accommodation and parent involvement meet the requirements. However, a serious violation was identified: a teacher who structurally assisted with toddler-preschool activities did not hold a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and was not registered in the Childcare Personnel Register (PRK). This constitutes recidivism, as similar shortcomings were previously identified. The holder remedied this following the inspection: the teacher was registered on 4 March 2026 and linked on 5 March. The GGD advises enforcement.
