Summary

On 27 November 2025, GGD Zeeland conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Prokino Juultje Vroonland in Kapelle. The inspection focused on three themes where violations had been identified during the annual investigation in May 2025: safety and health policy, room requirements, and parent information. All shortcomings have since been resolved. The daycare center has a clear, location-specific safety and health policy with concrete risk descriptions; staff act in accordance with it. The indoor space is safe and appropriately designed. Parents are actively informed about policy and operations via the parent portal and the pedagogical work plan. No new violations or areas for improvement were identified. The municipality of Kapelle is advised not to take enforcement steps.
