About this care
Welcome to Kibeo Anemaetstraat in Nieuwe-Tonge! Our small-scale after-school care is located within primary school De Pannebakker, ensuring a smooth transition from school to childcare. We provide a familiar environment where children aged 4 to 12 can relax, play and have fun after a busy school day.
No two days are the same with us. We offer many fun and varied activities that match the children's interests. Come play guitar, play football on our sports field, or build sandcastles in our outdoor area! Our pedagogical staff provide a warm welcome and guide children in discovering their talents. We work with small groups of maximum 16 children, allowing us to give plenty of personal attention.
Our location has its own outdoor space where children can play and move to their heart's content. We believe it's important that children can develop freely and release their energy after a school day. The activities are always educational, but above all great fun! We use the facilities of the primary school, providing a familiar and safe environment.

Summary
This Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report concerns a follow-up investigation at after-school care (BSO) Kibeo Anemaetstraat in Nieuwe-Tonge, conducted on November 20, 2025. The location provides care for 16 children aged 4–13. This investigation once again identified violations in both pedagogical policy and pedagogical practice, which had already been established during earlier inspections in February 2025 and March 2024. The municipality had previously issued a warning in response. The current violations concern insufficient emotional safety and insufficient response to children's needs by the childcare professional. The problems are related to group composition, varying staff presence, and a new childcare professional who has only been working for a month and a half. The provider has implemented coaching and held a parent meeting, but the violations have not yet been resolved. The GGD advises the municipality to take enforcement action.
