Summary
GGD Hart voor Brabant conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Pippi Oss on 6 July 2026, on behalf of the municipality of Oss. This follow-up investigation assessed whether the location had resolved the violations identified during the annual inspection of 9 February 2026. The municipality had issued an intention to impose an order subject to a penalty, with a one-month recovery period. All three violations have since been resolved: the pedagogical policy has been revised, the Childcare Personnel Register is in order, and the staff-to-child ratio is demonstrably correct. The location now meets all assessed quality requirements. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises against enforcement action.
