Welcome to Arthis childcare in Beek en Donk, located at Brouwersstraat 25a. As part of Arthis kinderopvang B.V., we provide small-scale daycare for up to 32 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our approach centers on creating security for children and building trust with parents.

Summary
Arthis kinderopvang B.V. (daycare center/kinderdagverblijf/KDV) at Brouwersstraat 25a in Beek en Donk was inspected unannounced on 22 May 2025. The location offers daycare for up to 32 children (ages 0-4) in two groups, but has been temporarily closed since late 2024 due to insufficient enrolment. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) concludes that the childcare meets all requirements regarding staff and groups: all staff members hold a valid Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag/VOG), the staff-to-child ratio is correct, and children are placed in fixed core groups. The safety and health policy has also been brought into order following a recovery offer; smoke detectors and CO₂ meters have been installed and the qualified staff are familiar with the policy. However, one violation has not been resolved: the children present did not have a signed written agreement with the childcare provider. The GGD therefore advises the municipality of Laarbeek to take enforcement action.
