This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of the after-school care (BSO) HSV in Hilversum, in the context of a proposed ownership change. The current owner Bink Kinderopvang B.V. intends to merge into Stichting Bink as of 1 July 2026. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted document-based research into changes, the persons register and complaints handling. All investigated aspects comply with legal requirements.
