This follow-up inspection of the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of D.R. Hellemun in Hoogvliet Rotterdam focused on a previously identified shortcoming from the annual inspection of 31 March 2026. At that inspection, two adult family members were present during childcare hours without a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and without registration in the Childcare Persons Register. At the follow-up inspection on 20 May 2026, no other adults were present. The childminder stated that family members are only present in the evenings after childcare has ended. The inspector concludes that the childminder now meets the quality requirement. No enforcement action has been recommended.
