Welcome to BSO Dol-fijn, located at Vijverstraat 9 in the heart of Sint Willebrord. We are part of Kober, a trusted childcare organisation with more than 200 locations across West-Brabant. Our after-school care is situated directly opposite primary school Heilinde, so children can walk straight to us when classes finish.
At BSO Dol-fijn every afternoon is a new adventure. We use the DoenKids programme, an online database packed with activities. From crafts and sports to themed weeks and excursions – no two days are the same. Pedagogical staff member Sharon explains: “Every day is different, yet we still offer your child a steady daily rhythm.”
Our spacious, attractively furnished group room is located inside the Heilinde school building. Here children can quietly do homework, be creative or simply enjoy playing with friends. Healthy snacks, fruit and drinks are all included in the hourly rate.
Kober stands for personal contact and a familiar environment. We are small on the front end – so parents and children really know us – and big on the back end, with a professional team and expert guidance. Through our Parent App we keep you updated daily with photos and messages, so you can still feel part of the experience.

Summary
Dol-fijn BSO in St. Willebrord, part of Kober B.V., is an after-school care (BSO) facility for up to 27 children (ages 4–13). The annual inspection on 27 October 2025 showed that the location meets legal requirements regarding pedagogical climate. Two violations were identified for which a recovery offer was made: two children had no assigned mentor and the parent committee was insufficiently composed (only one parent for multiple locations, while its own regulations prescribe a minimum of two members). The holder resolved both shortcomings within the four-week recovery period by, among other things, holding additional staff consultations, updating digital registration, and launching recruitment activities for new parent committee members. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Rucphen not to pursue enforcement due to the successful recovery.
