This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of after-school care (BSO) Devi Ruitersbosch in Breda, part of Kids World Leef B.V. The inspection took place on 11 August 2026. The location provides before-school care for a maximum of 5 children aged 4 to 13 years in a space of approximately 18 m², with an outdoor area of more than 100 m². Initially, the pedagogical policy plan lacked legally required descriptions regarding the working methods of the basic group and multilingual childcare. Following a recovery offer, an amended plan was submitted on 13 August 2026 that does comply. All other components (general terms and conditions, staff, safety, accommodation, parental rights) complied immediately. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises granting permission to operate for a maximum of 5 childcare places, lower than the requested 8, due to the limited space.
