Violations
- The provider failed to report the change (termination of care) to the municipal authority without delay after becoming aware of this change (Article 1.47(1) Childcare Act)
Summary
GGD Flevoland conducted an unannounced incidental inspection at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Kleine Ansar in Dronten on 14 April 2026. Care at the location on Het Zwarte Water 33 had already been discontinued in March 2026, without the provider having reported this to the municipality in a timely manner. The providers are a general partnership (VOF) with two directors who offered care based on an Islamic worldview for up to 15 children aged 2–4 years. An application is pending for a new location at Het Zwarte Water 25. The inspector advises the municipality to deregister the location from the LRK with immediate effect due to non-compliance with the notification obligation for changes.
