Dak Gradaland

At Dak Gradaland, we offer Montessori childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years within the Montessori children's centre JFK in The Hague Mariahoeve. We guide children in a prepared environment where they are free to develop at their own pace according to the Montessori vision, with attention to independence, individual rhythm, and respect for each child's uniqueness. Our childcare includes a nutritious hot lunch in the middle of the day, which is healthier than a bread-based meal and gives children sustained energy. Babies can sleep outdoors in our outdoor beds, which stimulates their senses and introduces them to nature in a meaningful way. Children play and explore in the spacious schoolyard with a chicken coop where they can care for animals. What makes us especially distinctive is our full integration with Montessori education. Parents who choose childcare at Dak JFK receive priority for school placement. The school's internal coordinator is also our pedagogical coach, ensuring a seamless transition from childcare to education. We offer personal tours and a warm, loving environment where children feel free to discover.
