In our toddler group ‘the Hedgehogs’, children learn to play, discover and develop together in a playful way. We work in a small-scale, horizontal group so that each child receives the attention they deserve. Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) 2Ruiters in 's-Gravenhage was inspected unannounced on 11 February 2025. The location provides daycare for a maximum of 16 toddlers aged 2–4 years in one group. The inspection report demonstrates that the childcare meets all statutory quality requirements: the pedagogical policy is up to date and correctly implemented, all staff are registered and hold a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), staffing levels meet the prescribed ratios, and each child has familiar faces and mentors.
