This inspection report concerns an annual inspection on 28 March 2024 at childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Heuvel in 's-Hertogenbosch. The childminder has cared for a maximum of six children (ages 3–10) since 2015, placed through agency FLEX. The inspection assessed registration, pedagogical climate, childminder requirements, accommodation, and safety. Most areas immediately met the quality requirements. Two violations were identified: an unsafe trampoline without underside shielding and an outdated risk assessment missing safety risks, including a broken hook on the cellar door. Both violations were resolved within the recovery offer. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
