Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by H. Van der Rest in Ottersum, conducted by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Limburg-Noord on behalf of the municipality of Gennep. The childminder wishes to provide care for children aged 0-4 years on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
